Joe Tosi serves as Executive Vice President of Oxford Realty Services, the brokerage and leasing affiliate of Oxford Development Company. He is also an officer and member of Oxford’s Executive Committee, helping guide the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Since joining Oxford in 2006, Joe has become a trusted advisor to clients, colleagues, and ownership groups throughout the region. With more than two decades of experience, he has successfully led acquisitions, leasing assignments, and development initiatives for both third-party clients and Oxford’s owned portfolio. His collaborative approach and market expertise have consistently helped clients maximize value and achieve their long-term real estate objectives.
